Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 15-21 days after purchase. Shipping cost very upon weight, length, width, and height of package. Pioneer Pacific Woodcrafters will notify customer of UPS ground shipping cost before product has shipped to customer. Customer pays shipping cost, Pioneer Pacific Woodcrafters pays packaging cost. International shipping is not offered at this time.
